Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025-01-01
We care deeply about your privacy. This policy explains how aimeme collects, uses, stores, and protects information related to you and your use of the service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: for example, email address and basic profile data from third‑party sign‑in (avatar, display name, etc.).
- Usage data: high‑level statistics about how often you use different features and generation flows, so we can improve the product.
- Uploaded content: images you upload to generate stickers, and metadata directly related to that generation (such as time, style, language, and options).
- Device and log information: for example browser type, IP range, error logs, and similar data used to keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To provide core features: handling uploads, analysis, and sticker generation.
- To improve the product: analyzing anonymized and aggregated statistics to understand performance and usage patterns.
- Safety and compliance: detecting and preventing abuse, attacks, and content that may violate our policies.
- Communication: sending important service notices or policy updates when necessary.
3. Uploaded images and generated content
By default, images you upload and stickers generated for you are used primarily to provide the service to you (display, download, history, and similar product features). We do not currently use your private assets directly to train public models that are shared with other customers.
Where necessary and in compliance with applicable laws, we may analyze anonymized and aggregated data to improve stability and output quality. We aim to avoid processing that would allow us to identify a specific individual from this data.
4. Storage and security
- Data is stored with cloud providers that use access controls and other security measures.
- Access to data is limited to team members who need it to operate or improve the service, and we review access periodically.
- No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data that you would not want to share online.
5. Third‑party services
We may use third‑party services as part of providing aimeme—for example cloud storage, logging and analytics, payment providers, and AI model vendors. Where appropriate we ask these providers to follow privacy and data‑protection requirements consistent with how we operate our own service.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction: you can view and update certain basic account information from within the product.
- Deletion and account closure: if you would like to delete your account or associated data, you can reach out using the contact methods below and we will try to help.
- Withdrawing consent: where local law allows, you may withdraw consent for specific processing activities, though this may limit or disable some features.
