Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025-01-01
Please read these terms carefully before using aimeme. By accessing or using the service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms below.
1. Accounts and access
- You may create an account using email or supported third‑party sign‑in, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials safe and do not share your account with others. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
2. Acceptable and prohibited use
- You may use generated stickers in personal chats, communities, streams, and creative projects, as long as you follow the rules of the platforms where you use them.
- You may not use the service to generate, share, or help share content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, extremist, or related to sensitive political topics.
- You may not reverse‑engineer the service, scrape or crawl it at scale, abuse APIs, or otherwise interfere with system stability or other users' normal use.
- If you include third‑party trademarks, copyrighted characters, or other restricted materials in your inputs, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and for any legal risks that result.
3. Payments and membership
- Some advanced features require a paid membership or credit package. Pricing and benefits are shown inside the product and may change over time.
- Because memberships and credits are digital products, they generally cannot be refunded without cause. If you encounter problems with billing, please contact us and we will review the situation case by case.
4. Content and intellectual property
- Where permitted by law, you retain rights in the materials you upload. You should only upload content you have the right to use.
- Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may typically use generated stickers in personal and commercial contexts, but you should not claim that they were entirely hand‑drawn or created without AI assistance.
- The service itself—including its interface, code, models, templates, copy, and design—belongs to aimeme or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, re‑distributed, or used to build competing services without our permission.
5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
- Because AI generation is inherently uncertain, we cannot guarantee that every output will match your expectations. You should review outputs before using them in important or public contexts.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from events such as force majeure, failures of third‑party services, or network issues that lead to downtime or data loss.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we will provide a prominent notice within the product. If you continue using the service after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
